'EvenFieldLane started with one goal in mind: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Amsterdam. The Rossi family opened our doors in 1985, and since then, we've stayed a tight-knit family business, passing down cherished recipes from one generation to the next.
During her stay in Italy, our founder Marco Rossi mastered the craft of pizza from Naples’ renowned pizza chefs. With these skills, she returned to the UK, bringing the true Italian pizza experience using age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
What started as a cozy 12-seater has evolved into a community favorite. Despite our growth, our dedication to quality and originality hasn't changed. Our wood-fired ovens, freshly made dough, and choice ingredients remain at the cornerstone of our process.
Today, the 'EvenFieldLane' legacy continues with the Rossi family's next generation at the helm, blending classic and contemporary approaches to preserve the essence of our food: delightful and real pizza that unites people.
